摘要
文章选取上海市浦东新区某市属大型保障房项目为研究对象,通过蓄水、淋水试验,结合强降雨天气下的抗渗漏性能分析,检查屋面工程的渗漏水情况,从材料、防水设计、施工、管理等方面对屋面渗漏原因进行分析,并有针对性地提出了屋面防渗漏技术管控。坚持“以排为主、防排结合”原则,做到结构防水与建筑防水相结合、材料防水与节点防水相结合,形成有效的屋面防渗漏体系,为市属保障房质量提供助力,为居民的幸福生活添砖加瓦。
This paper selects a municipal large-scale subsidized housing project in Pudong New Area of Shanghai as the research object,through impoundment and drench test,combined with the anti-leakage performance analysis under heavy rainfall,it checks the water seepage and leakage circumstance of roofing construction,analyzes the cause for roofing seepage and leakage in terms of material,waterproof design,construction and management,etc.,and targetedly puts forward the technical control for roof anti-seepage.It insists on the principle of“giving priority to drainage and combining drainage with prevention”,so that structural waterproofing and architectural waterproofing are combined,material waterproofing and node waterproofing are combined,effective roof anti-leakage system is formed,so as to promote the quality of municipal subsidized housing and the happy life of residents.
