补肾活血汤治疗肾虚血瘀型腰椎管狭窄症50例

Treatment of 50 Cases of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type with Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Decoction

目的:观察补肾活血汤治疗肾虚血瘀型腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将100例肾虚血瘀型腰椎管狭窄症患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟补肾活血汤。比较两组患者的临床疗效及临床症状评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(Oswestry dability index,ODI)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)评分、6分钟步行距离、尼龙绳实验评分及针刺实验评分变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后临床症状评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ODI评分低于本组治疗前,JOA评分及6分钟步行距离高于本组治疗前,且治疗后组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后尼龙绳实验评分及针刺试验评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为80.00%,观察组有效率为4.00%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症,可改善患者的临床症状及腰椎功能,缓解腰痛程度,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Decoction on lumbar spinal stenosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with self-made Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,and the changes in symptom scores,oswestry disability index(ODI)score,Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)scores,6-minute walking distance,nylon rope test score,and acupuncture test score between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group′s was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The ODI score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,while the JOA score and 6-minute walking distance were higher than those before treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The nylon rope test score and acupuncture test score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group′s above scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,while that of the observation group was 4.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and lumbar function of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,alleviate the degree of low back pain,and improve clinical efficacy.
