消脂方加减治疗湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease with Dampness-Heat Syndrome with Modified Formula for Resolving Fatty Liver

目的:观察自拟消脂方加减治疗湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法:将100例湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予易善复片,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟消脂方加减治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分及治疗前后血脂水平[三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)]和肝功能[谷草转氨酶(aspartate amino transferase,AST)、谷丙转氨酶(alanine amino transferase,ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-glutamyl transpeptidase,γ-GT)]变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后TG、TC、HDL-C低于本组治疗前,LDL-C高于本组治疗前,且治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后AST、ALT和GGT水平低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后各项中医证候评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为98.00%,对照组有效率为86.00%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟消脂方加减治疗湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝病,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善血脂代谢水平及肝功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Self-made Formula for Resolving Fatty Liver on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)with dampness-heat syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with NAFLD with dampness-heat syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Polyene Phosphatidylcholine,while the observation group was treated with Modified Self-made Formula for Resolving Fatty Liver on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,the changes of blood lipid level[including triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]and liver function[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine amino transferase(ALT),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)]before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,TG,TC,HDL-C of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,while LDL-C was higher than that of the same group before treatment,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of AST,ALT and GGT in the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the levels of AST,ALT and GGT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,and that of the control group was 86.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Formula for Resolving Fatty Liver in the treatment of NAFLD with dampness-heat syndrome can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve blood lipid metabolism and liver function.
