摘要 离心式压缩机是输气管道的动力设备,其安全平稳运行对于管道完整性管理的意义至关重要。在梳理以可靠性为中心的维修技术(RCM)实施步骤的基础上,确定压缩机各部件的风险等级和维修方式,根据实际部件寿命数据,利用三参数威布尔分布拟合相关部件的可靠度。结果表明:压缩机喘振和润滑油过滤器前后压差过大的风险等级较高,应给予足够重视;当可靠度为0.9时,防喘振阀门和润滑油过滤器的维修工作周期分别约为194天和102天;RCM评估实现了压缩机经济性与可靠性的最优化。 Centrifugal compressor is the power equipment of gas transportation pipeline,and its safe and stable operation is very important for pipeline integrity management.On the basis of sorting out the implementation steps of RCM technology with the reliability as the core,the risk levels and maintenance methods of each compressor component are determined.According to the actual component life data,the reliability of related components is fitted with the three-parameter Weibull distribution.The results show that the risk levels of compressor surge and excessive pressure difference between the front and the back of lubricating oil filter are high and should be paid enough attention to.When the reliability is 0.9,the maintenance cycles of anti-surge valve and lubricating oil filter are about 194d and 102d.At last,RCM evaluation achieves the optimization of compressor economy and reliability.
