不同检测方法对支撑剂破碎率检测结果的影响初探

摘要 压裂施工技术被广泛应用于油气田开发的增产增注中,支撑剂作为压裂的主要材料之一,其质量直接影响着油田压裂增产效果。破碎率是支撑剂的重要检测项目。目前国际上支撑剂检测标准为ISO13503-2—2006以及APISTD19C—2018,国内支撑剂检测标准为SY/T5108—2014。因上述几种检测标准中加压方法、振筛时间的不同直接影响了支撑剂破碎率的检测结果。通过对APISTD19C—2018和SY/T5108—2014标准中破碎率检测方法的比较,以及室内实验验证发现:因加压方式不同导致支撑剂破碎率实验数据差异1%~3%,因振筛时间不同导致实验数据差异在0.2%以内。最终得出加压方式的不同是导致两个标准破碎率数据差异较大的主要原因。通过分析提高了对支撑剂破碎率检测方法的认识,为与国际标准接轨奠定了基础。 Fracturing construction technology is widely used in the increase of production and injection in the development of oil-gas fields.As one of main fracturing materials,proppant's quality directly affects the yield-increasing effect of oilfield fracturing.Crushing rate is an important testing item of proppant.At present,the international proppant testing standards is IS013503-22006 and API STD19C-2018,and the domestic proppant testing standard is SY/T 5108—2014.The differences of pressure method and screening time in above standards directly affect the testing results of proppant broken rate.Through the comparison of testing methods for broken rate in the standards,as well as the verification of laboratory experiment,it is found out that the experimental data of proppant broken rate differed by 1%~3%due to different pressure methods,and the experimental data differed by less than 0.2%due to different vibration screening time.Finally,it is concluded that difference of pressure methods is the main reason for the great dfference of crushing rate data in two standards.Thus,the understanding of detection methods for proppant crushing rate has been improved by the above analysis,establishing the foundation for the connection with the international standards.
