摘要
为全面系统地辨识高压天然气计量检定站生产运行过程中存在的危险因素,对检定站每个危险源特点分析了可能发生的火灾及爆炸事故类型,并根据各类运行工况,定量模拟分析可能发生的事故类型、后果及其影响范围,判定风险可接受程度,进而提出相应的事故预防、消减和应急处置措施,切实起到降低事故发生概率和降低事故损失的作用。
In order to identify dangerous factors comprehensively and systematically in the process of production operation at measuring verification station of high pressure natural gas,the paper analyzes the types of fire and explosion accidents around characteristics of each risk source at the verification station,and according to different operation working states,quantitatively stimulates the types of possible accidents,results and influencing range,judges the acceptable degree of risk,and thus puts forward some relevant measures of accident prevention,reduction and emergency response so as to take effect in the reduction of accidents occurrence probability and decrease of accident loss.
