摘要
针对机场供油管网渗漏流量小、速率低和不易检测的特点,设计并搭建了一套渗漏检测系统,用于模拟研究机场供油管网的微小渗漏情况。采用成熟的水密度计算模型,对渗漏检测系统的密封性进行了水相测试。基于质量守恒原理,建立以压力、温度、检测时间为变量的渗漏速率计算模型,对渗漏检测系统的微渗漏可操作性进行分析。结果表明:通过调节阀门的开度,系统理论渗漏速率和实际渗漏速率具有很好的一致性,且理论渗漏速率的检测时间越小,实际渗漏速率的采集周期(连续记录渗漏量的时间间隔)越大,一致性越好,实验系统能够实现1 h内检测到速率为0.04 L/(h·m^(3))的渗漏。
Aiming at the characteristics of small flow,low rate and difficult detection of leakage in airport oil supply pipe network,a leakage detection system was designed and built,which was used to simulate and study the micro-leakage of airport oil supply pipe network.A mature water density calculation model was used to have an aqueous test on the tightness of the leakage detection system.Based on the principle of mass conservation,a leakage rate calculation model with pressure,temperature and detection time as variables was established so as to analyze the microleakage operability of the leakage detection system.The results show that the systematic theoretical leakage rate and the actual leakage rate of the system have a good consistency by adjusting the valve opening,and the smaller the detection time of the theoretical leakage rate,the larger the collection period of the actual leakage rate(the time interval of continuous leakage recording),the better the consistency.This experimental system can detect the leakage with a rate of 0.04 L/(h·m^(3))within 1 h.
