谷目河提水泵站停泵水锤数值模拟分析与防护

摘要 为消除或减轻事故停泵水锤危害,确保泵站供水系统运行安全,结合谷目河提水泵站工程特性,采用PIPE2010仿真软件,对事故停泵过渡过程进行数值模拟。围绕停泵水锤的最大压力值、停泵流量和停泵转速等关键内容,对供水管网的稳态和瞬态水力特性进行详细论证。计算结果表明,无防护条件下,管道最大负压和水泵最大转速均超出允许范围;在泵出口和上水管合理位置设置空气阀和水击泄放阀后,能有效抑制负压和降低正压,相关水力参数均满足技术指标要求。研究成果可为长距离、高扬程和复杂地形的泵站水锤防护提供参考与借鉴。 In order to eliminate or reduce the water hammer harm caused by accidental pump stop and ensure the water supply system safe operation of pump station,the accidental pump stoptransient process has been simulated by using PIPE2010 simulation software in combination with the engineering characteristics of Gumuhe pumping station.The steady and transient hydraulic characteristics of the water supply network are demonstrated in detail around the key contents such as the maximum pressure value of the pump stop water hammer,the pump stop flow and the pump stop speed.The results show that the maximum negative pressure of pipeline and the maximum speed of pump are beyond the allowable range without protection.After the air valve and water hammer relief valve are set at the reasonable position of the pump outlet and water supply pipe,the negative pressure and positive pressure can be effectively suppressed,and the relevant hydraulic parameters can meet the technical indicators requirements.The analysis results can provide reference for water hammer protection of long distance,high lift and complex terrainpump stations.
