摘要
为解决江东洲河滩地段输水工程施工安全问题,将开挖埋管设计更改为顶管施工,利用管道结构受力分析结合复合梁理论,提出PCCP承压计算公式,通过荷载模拟实验对管道截面承载性能进行探究。实验结果显示,管道各测点变化趋势一致,但增长幅度有所差异,表明受偏心作用,管道内外层受压不均;荷载在3500kN时,管道顶端处出现裂缝。利用相关参数及实验数据得出,移动300m最大施工顶力为22700kN,研究成果可为江东洲河滩工程提供理论依据。
In order to solve the construction safety problem of the water conveyance project in the Jiangdongzhou river beach area,the design of pipe excavation and burying was changed to pipe jacking construction.Based on the stress analysis of the pipeline structure and the composite beam theory,the PCCP bearing calculation formula is proposed,and the bearing capacity of the pipeline section is explored through the load simulation experiment.The experimental results show that the change trend of each measuring point of the pipeline is consistent,but the growth range is different,indicating that the pressure on the inner and outer layers of the pipeline is uneven due to the eccentric effect.When the load is 3500kN,cracks appear at the top of the pipe.Using relevant parameters and experimental data,the maximum construction jacking force of 300m movement is 22700kN,which is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the Jiangdongzhou river beach project.
