“I and You”Share in:the Ethics of the Relationship between Teacher and Student

摘要 进入20世纪以来,人类依赖现代化而存在但却不断被异化,在工具理性不断势强的趋势下,教育中“人”的角色逐渐淡化,对“人”的关怀被减弱。教育的本真追求是人的实现。关怀伦理提出教育世界中,对人的关怀应该成为教育必然追求。“我与你”的共在,将师生关系复归到平等的人与人的联结状态,师生关系情境下的理论探究与实践取向应强调“人”的复归及对“人”的关怀,回归到学生作为“人”的“生活世界”。 Since the 20th century,human beings have relied on modernization to exist but have constantly been alienated.Under the trend of constantly strong tool rationality,the role of“man”in education has been gradually reduced,and the care for“people”has been expelled from the education field.The true pursuit of education is the realization of people.Care ethics proposes that in the education world,the care for people should become the inevitable pursuit of education.“I and you”share together,restoring the teacher-student relationship to the equal state of human connection.The theoretical exploration and practical orientation under the situation of teacher-student relationship should emphasize the return of“people”and the care for“people”,and return to the“living world”of students as“people”.
