摘要
以上海博物馆教育项目为案例,从线下、线上、线下+线上三个维度,分述与评析不同类型数字技术的运用。通过分析得出结论,数字化技术在导览服务的智能提升、文物纪录的视觉效果升级以及对互动类教育的传播普及和监控等方面,拓展了博物馆公共服务边界。在享受数字化带来创新“红利”的同时,博物馆人员仍需坚持教育内容的核心地位,理性运用技术服务教育实践,并且为拥抱新技术要做出更多学习和努力。
The core of the museum's public service is education.Taking some educational projects of Shanghai Museum as examples,this paper describes the actual application of digital technology in different types of practices from three dimensions of offline,online and offline+online,and makes case analysis combined with project content.Through analysis,it can be seen that digital technology has expanded the outer edge of museum public services in the aspects of intelligence enhancement of tour services,visual upgrade of cultural relic records,dissemination,popularization and monitoring of interactive education.However,while enjoying the"dividend"of innovation brought by digitalization,museum staff still need to maintain the core status of educational content,rational use of technology,and make more efforts to learn and cooperate in embracing new technologies.
