某车型天窗加强环回弹优化方法

摘要 某高强钢天窗加强环外形尺寸大,内部中空,因受顶盖外板造型限制呈弧面形结构,成形过程中易出现回弹现象,介绍了其回弹解决方案,运用CAE分析、回弹补偿、模具优化等方法整改拉深模,提升了天窗加强环的合格率和尺寸精度。 The high-strength steel skylight strengthening ring had a large volume and was hollow in⁃side,it had a cambered structure restricted by the shape of the head cover outer plate,which was easy to springback in the forming process.The solution of springback was introduced,the drawing die was rectified by CAE analysis,springback compensation and die optimization,which improved the qualified rate and functional dimensional accuracy of skylight strengthening ring.
