摘要
利用Flow Simulation软件对冲模修边铁屑控制装置进行CFD分析,得到了空气流场的压强及流速分布,并根据分析结果对冲模修边铁屑控制装置进行流体动力学结构优化。经过2轮设计变更,最终确定一种新型冲模修边铁屑控制装置结构,改善了冲模修边切断铁屑的效率。
CFD analysis was carried out on the trimming iron scraps control device of the stamping die by Flow simulation software,the pressure and velocity distribution of air flow field were ob⁃tained,the fluid dynamics structure of the trimming iron scraps control device of stamping die was optimized according to the analysis results.After two rounds of design changes,the structure of a new type of trimming iron scraps control device of the stamping die was finally determined,which improved the efficiency of cutting off iron scraps in stamping die during trimming.
