模具设计与制造专业国际化人才培养的实践探索与研究

通过对模具专业国际化人才的培养模式进行分析,研究了模具国际化人才应具备的能力和知识,确定了专业课程体系及教学模式,并建立了国际化专业师资队伍,以培养具有一定工程实践创新能力和国际化职业竞争能力的复合型技术技能人才。

Through the analysis of the cultivation mode of international die and mould talents,the ability and knowledge that international mould talents should have were studied;the professional course system and teaching model were determined;and the international professional teaching team was established;so as to cultivate compound technical talents with certain engineering prac⁃tice innovation ability and international professional competitiveness.
