Cr元素对6061合金挤压型材组织和性能的影响

Effect of Cr element on microstructure and properties of extruded 6061 alloy profiles

摘要 结合客户技术要求及生产实际,针对6061合金中Cr元素含量对产品的综合性能影响进行试验,解决产品强度指标问题。研究结果表明:6061合金随着Cr含量的增加,经过后续的人工时效可以获得优良的产品,挤压产品的拉伸性能和硬度明显的提升,抗拉强度提高约40 MPa,屈服强度提高约50 MPa,硬度提高约15 HBW;并且Cr对6061合金挤压型材的显微组织有明显的改善作用,Cr能形成(CrFe)Al7和(CrMn)Al12等金属间化合物,阻碍晶粒长大,能对基体晶粒起到很好的细化作用,改善产品的综合性能。 Combined with customer technical requirements and production practice,the effect of Cr content in 6061 alloy on the comprehensive performance of the product was tested to solve the problem of product strength index.The results show that with the increase of Cr content,excellent products can be obtained after subsequent artificial aging.The tensile properties and hardness of extru⁃sion products are obviously improved,with the strength of about 30MPa and hardness of about 15HBW.Cr can form intermetallic compounds such as(CrFe)Al7 and(CrMn)Al12,which hinder the grain growth.It can refine the matrix grains well and improve the comprehensive properties of the products.
