This paper introduces the basic characteristics of high surface and high performance of aluminum alloy used for high surface mobile phone shell.From the aspects of alloy selection,chemical composition control,melt purification,deformation processing and heat treatment,it puts forward the principles to be followed in the production and preparation process,and summarizes the production and preparation technology of aluminum alloy used for high surface mobile phone shell.The development prospect of aluminum alloy materials for high surface mobile phone shell is also prospected.
