摘要
以IPDI、DEA、TMP、PTMG1000、BDO、DMPA、TEA、1-十八醇、乙醇为原料,DBTDL为催化剂,合成了长链烷基封端的树枝状水性聚氨酯无氟防水剂,同时合成了乙醇封端的线型水性聚氨酯作为对比。通过单因素法优选出最佳的合成条件:树枝状分子支链数为24,R值1.3,TMP质量分数为0.25%,DMPA质量分数为5%。对产物的各项性能进行测试,结果表明:制备的树枝状防水剂整理织物的静态接触角为133.1°,软段Tg为42.63℃,硬段Tg为75.06℃,烘焙过程有结晶生长,胶膜起始分解温度190℃;线型分子整理织物的静态接触角102.12°,软段Tg为-21.45℃,硬段Tg为70.9℃,烘焙过程无结晶出现,胶膜起始分解温度158℃。
A long chain alkyl terminated branched waterborne polyurethane fluorine-free waterproofing agent is synthesized using IPDI,DEA,TMP,PTMG1000,BDO,DMPA,TEA,1-octadecanol,ethanol as raw materials,and DBTDL as catalyst.At the same time,a linear waterborne polyurethane with ethanol terminated is synthe⁃sized as a comparison.The optimal synthesis conditions are selected through the single factor method.The number of branched chains in the dendritic molecule is 24,the R value is 1.3,the TMP mass fraction is 0.25%,and the DMPA mass fraction is 5%.The various properties of the product are tested.The results showed that the static contact angle of the fabric treated with the prepared dendritic waterproof agent is 133.1°,the Tg of soft and hard segment are 42.63℃and 75.06℃respectively.There is crystal growth during the baking pro⁃cess,and the initial decomposition temperature of the adhesive film is 190℃.The static contact angle of the fabric finished with the prepared linear molecular is 102.12°,the Tg of soft and hard segment are-21.45℃and 70.9℃respectively.There is no crystallization during the baking process,and the initial decomposition tempera⁃ture of the adhesive film is 158℃.
