摘要
棉织物酶法退煮工艺温度低,对蜡质的去除作用较弱,处理效果不及传统碱法。将高温型复合酶与纤维素酶应用于缎纹提花纯棉机织布的退煮轧蒸工艺,从润湿性能、力学性能、退浆效果以及杂质去除情况等方面探究工艺条件对处理效果的影响,进行工艺的优化。结果表明:复合酶在较高温度下(80~90℃)对缎纹提花纯棉机织布进行退煮一步轧蒸前处理可取得较好的前处理效果,与常规低温酶法退煮工艺相比,毛效和棉蜡去除效率分别提高约33%和50%,接近碱法处理效果。
In view of the shortcomings of poor wax removal effect of the enzymatic desizing and scouring pro⁃cess for cotton fabrics at low temperature,which is not as effective as the traditional alkaline method,a high�temperature composite enzyme and cellulase are applied to the desizing and scouring pad-steam process of sateen jacquard cotton woven fabric.The influence of process conditions on the treatment effect is explored from the aspects of wetting performance,mechanical properties,desizing effect,and impurity removal,and the process is optimized.The results show that the one-step pretreatment of desizing and scouring and pad�steam of sateen jacquard cotton woven fabric with composite enzymes at higher temperatures(80-90℃)can achieve good pretreatment results.Compared with the conventional low-temperature enzymatic process,cap⁃illary effect and wax removal rate are increased by about 33%and 50%,respectively,which is close to the alka⁃line treatment.
