菠萝蜜壳对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能

摘要 菠萝蜜壳(JS)作为一种生物质吸附剂,具有可再生、环保、价格低廉等优点。对JS进行改性,研究其改性前后的形貌与结构变化,以及对亚甲基蓝(MB)吸附性能的差异。结果表明:当MB溶液质量浓度为80 mg/L,JS质量为0.8 g,反应温度为30℃时,JS在1 h内能有效地吸附MB,吸附率可达98.43%,但在循环再生四次后其吸附能力较差;改性5 h得到的菠萝蜜壳粉(JS5)循环再生能力较强,循环再生四次后对亚甲基蓝的吸附率仍可达79.86%。此外,JS和JS5对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附均与准二级动力学模型一致,属于化学吸附。 As a biomass adsorbent,jackfruit shell(JS)has the advantages of renewable,environmental protec⁃tion and low price.The changes of morphology and structure of JS before and after modification,as well as the differences of adsorption performance for Methylene Blue(MB)are studied.The results show that when the mass concentration of MB solution is 80 mg/L,the mass of JS is 0.8 g,and the reaction temperature is 30℃,JS can effectively adsorb MB within 1 h,with an adsorption rate of 98.43%.However,after four cycles of re⁃generation,its adsorption ability is poor.The jackfruit shell powder(JS5)obtained by modification for 5 h has a strong recycling capacity,and the adsorption rate of Methylene Blue can still reach 79.86%after four times of recycling.In addition,the adsorption of Methylene Blue solution by JS and JS5 is consistent with the quasi sec⁃ond-order kinetic model which belongs to chemical adsorption.
