摘要
以织物表面电阻率测试方法为研究对象,选取国内外6个标准[GB/T 22042—2008、GB/T 24249—2009、GB/T 12703.4—2010、BS 6524—1984、EN 1149-1:2006、AATCC 76—2018(E2019)],对试验环境、试样数量、电极类型和尺寸、极化条件、计算公式及结果处理等方面进行对比与分析,同时结合测试过程遇到的问题进行探讨。结果表明:测试时应根据织物的表面电阻选择合适的测试方法,在使用GB/T 12703.4—2010进行测试时,应统一检测机构的电极尺寸。
Taking the testing method for surface resistivity of fabrics as the research object,six domestic and foreign standards[GB/T 22042—2008,GB/T 24249—2009,GB/T 12703.4—2010,BS 6524—1984,EN 1149—1:2006,AATCC 76—2018(E2019)]are selected to compare and analyze the experimental environment,sample quantity,electrode type and size,polarization conditions,calculation formulas,and result processing.The problems encountered during the testing process are discussed.The results indicate that a suitable testing method should be selected based on the surface resistance of the fabric during testing.When testing with GB/T 12703.4—2010,the electrode size of the testing mechanism should be unified.
