饲喂水平对断奶羔羊毛囊发育的影响

摘要 旨在研究饲喂水平对断奶公、母羔羊毛囊发育的影响,以期探究断奶羔羊毛囊发育特征及营养调控效应,进而为其营养调控提供科学依据。选取3月龄断奶羔羊[公:n=24,体质量:(28.70±1.12)kg;母:n=24,体质量:(24.74±1.42)kg],每个性别平均分为3组,单栏饲喂全混合颗粒饲粮,监测其在自由采食组(AL)、70%自由采食组(0.7AL)和40%自由采食组(0.4AL)3个饲喂水平下的生长性能及毛囊发育情况。结果表明,到饲喂期末,不同饲喂水平条件下断奶公、母羔羊体质量和平均日增质量均差异显著。不同饲喂水平下断奶公、母羔羊的次级毛囊密度和次级毛囊密度与初级毛囊密度比值(S/P)均差异显著,呈现AL>0.7AL>0.4AL,而初级毛囊密度没有显著差异。饲喂水平对断奶羔羊的生长性能、毛囊发育性能具有不同程度的影响。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of different feeding levels on hair follicle development of weaned male and female lambs for exploring the hair follicle development characteristics and nutritional regulation effects of weaned male and female lambs,so as to provide a scientific basis for its nutritional regulation.Three-month-old Alpine Merino lambs[male:n=24,body mass:(28.70±1.12)kg;female:n=24,body mass:(24.74±1.42)kg]were divided into three groups on average.All lambs were fed with fully mixed pellet diet in individual pens,and their free feeding group(AL),70%free feeding group(0.7 AL)and 40%free feeding group(0.4AL)were monitored,the growth performance and hair follicle development were studied under three feeding levels.The results showed that there were significant differences in body mass and average daily gain of weaned male and female lambs at different feeding levels by the end of feeding period.The secondary hair follicle density and the ratio of secondary hair follicle density to primary hair follicle density(S/P)of weaned male and female lambs at different feeding levels were significantly different,which showed AL>0.7AL>0.4AL,but there was no significant difference in primary hair follicle density.The feeding level had different effects on the growth performance and hair follicle development of weaned lambs.
