5种杀菌剂对蚕豆赤斑病菌的室内毒力测定及田间防效 被引量:1

摘要 为了筛选防治蚕豆赤斑病的高效药剂,选用25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂、225 g/L异菌脲悬浮剂、40%嘧菌环胺悬浮剂、400 g/L嘧霉胺悬浮剂、43%腐霉利悬浮剂等5种杀菌剂,对蚕豆赤斑病病原菌进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。结果表明:5种药剂对蚕豆赤斑病菌均有较好的抑制作用,其中225 g/L异菌脲悬浮剂的抑菌作用最强,EC_(50)为0.1721μg/mL;其次为25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂,EC_(50)为2.5340μg/mL。田间药效试验结果表明,在推荐剂量下,5种杀菌剂对蚕豆赤斑病均有良好的防治效果,其中25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂2000倍液防治效果最佳,为79.03%,显著高于其他药剂。产量分析显示,25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂2000倍液小区平均产量为15.8 kg,百粒质量为179.0 g,增产率为5.60%,显著高于其他杀菌剂。综合分析,25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂对蚕豆赤斑病的防效最高,并有显著的保产效果,可作为防治蚕豆赤斑病的首选药剂。 In order to identify high-efficiency fungicides against Botrytis fabae on Vicia faba,laboratory virulence test and field efficacy test were conducted using 25%pyraclostrobin SC,225 g/L isobacteriuria SC,40%cyprodinil SC,400 g/L pyrimethamine SC,and 43%procymidone SC.Results from the laboratory tests showed that all the five fungicides effectively exhibited B.fabae,with the strongest inhibitory effect observed from 225 g/L isomylurea SC(EC_(50) of 0.1721μg/mL),followed by 25%pyridoxylate SC(EC_(50) of 2.5340μg/mL).The field efficacy test showed that all the five fungicides demonstrated good control effect on Botrytis fabae on Vicia faba at recommended doses.The 25%pyraclostrobin SC 2000 times liquid had the highest control effect(79.03%),significantly higher than other fungicides.The yield analysis showed that the plot average yield of the 25%pyraclostrobin SC 2000 times liquid was 15.8 kg,with a 100 grain weight of 179.0 g,and the yield increase rate of 5.60%,significantly higher than that of other fungicides.After comprehensive analysis,25%pyraclostrobin SC was recommend as the first choice for controlling broad bean red spot disease due to its high control effect and significant yield protection.
