高职扩招背景下社会生源招生的问题及对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 高职扩招是党中央、国务院为缓解当前就业压力、解决高技能人才短缺、增强职业教育适应性做出的重要战略举措。通过对广东等14个省(市)高职扩招专项工作实施方案分析发现,社会生源招生对象范围具有广泛性、招生方式以单独招生为主、考试方式及内容具有适应性、录取标准存在差异性、学习形式具有灵活性等特征。当前高职社会生源招生的主要问题集中在整体报考意愿偏低、考试制度与录取标准建设尚待完善、分层化的学情现状对传统培养方式适应性较低等多个方面,由此,社会生源对教学管理提出了新的挑战。在此基础上,国家提出了应加大政策供给,提高社会生源报考积极性;加强社会生源考试制度与录取标准建设,提高人才选拔质量;转变培养方式,适应社会生源多样化学习需求;结合社会生源学习特点,进行分层分类教学管理等对策。 Higher vocational enrollment expansion is an important strategic move made by the Par⁃ty Central Committee and the State Council to alleviate the current employment pressure,solve the short⁃age of high skilled talents and enhance the adaptability of vocational education.Through the analysis of the implementation plan of the special work of higher vocational education expansion in 14 provinces(cities)including Guangdong,it is found that the range of enrollment objects of social students is broad,the enrollment method is mainly independent enrollment,the examination method and content are adap⁃tive,the admission standards are different and the learning form is flexible.At present,the main prob⁃lems in the enrollment of social students in higher vocational colleges are that the overall willingness to apply for the examination is low,the construction of the examination system and admission standards still needs to be improved,the current situation of stratified learning has low adaptability to the tradition⁃al training mode and social students have put forward new challenges to teaching management.On this basis,it is proposed that we should increase the policy supply to improve the enthusiasm of social stu⁃dents to apply for the examination,strengthen the construction of social examination system and admis⁃sion standards to improve the quality of talent selection,change the training mode to meet the diverse learning needs of social students and combine with the characteristics of social students’learning to conduct hierarchical and classified teaching management.
