地方职业院校在推进教育数字化转型中的应对策略研究

A Research on the Coping Strategies of Local Vocational Colleges in Promoting Digital Transformation of Education

数字化转型是职业教育发展的大趋势,地方职业院校结合自身的区位发展与院校特点,积极推进教育数字化转型。在此过程中仍然面临着诸多挑战,例如,地方职业院校的领导力、教师数字化教学能力、数字化基础设施的完备性以及校园信息安全等问题。基于此,文章提出以下对策:统筹规划顶层设计,推进院校治理现代化;加强教师培训,培养教师数字化教学应用能力;加强数字化基础设施建设,促进教学服务与基础设施一体化;注重校园信息安全,筑牢信息安全屏障。由此促进地方职业院校的数字化转型,提升地方职业院校现代化治理能力与治理水平。

Digital transformation is a major trend in the development of vocational education and local vocational colleges are actively taking into account their own regional development and characteris⁃tics to promote the digital transformation of education.In this process,they face corresponding challeng⁃es such as the leadership of local vocational colleges,teachers’digital teaching ability,completeness of infrastructure facilities construction and campus information security.Thus,countermeasures are pro⁃posed:coordinate top-level design of planning and promote modernization of colleges governance;strengthen teachers’training and cultivate teachers’digital teaching application ability;strengthen comprehensive campus governance and promote integration of teaching services and infrastructure;fo⁃cus on campus information security and build a solid information security barrier;promote the digital transformation of local vocational colleges to improve the modernized governance capacity and gover⁃nance level of local vocational colleges.
