摘要
针对高含硫气田酸化废水的恶臭污染问题,先通过气相色谱(GC)—质谱(MS)联用仪及便携式挥发性有机物(VOCs)检测仪对酸化废水液相及气相进行全面分析,确定关键臭源;然后通过正交氧化实验、活化氧化除臭实验,优选氧化除臭的氧化剂及活化剂种类、投加量、反应时间、pH等条件。结果表明,最佳组合条件下,过氧化氢-硫酸亚铁体系对二甲基二硫、二乙硫醚的去除率分别为97.81%、97.01%,过硫酸钠-过氧化氢体系对二甲基二硫、二乙硫醚的去除率分别为97.28%、96.53%。针对酸化废水特点进一步构建双活化氧化除臭体系,该体系具有显著的除臭效果,能有效去除高含硫气田酸化废水的恶臭气味,经处理后可将酸化废水嗅味等级从5级降至1级。
Aiming at solving the odor pollution of acidified wastewater from high sulfur gas fields,the constituent of liquid and gas phases of acidified wastewater were detected by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and VOCs detector to confirm the primary source of odor.The oxidizer and activator type,dosage,reaction time,pH and other conditions were optimized by using orthogonal oxidation experiment and activation oxidation deodorization experiment.The results indicated that the removal rates of dimethyl disulfide and diethyl sulfide by hydrogen peroxide-ferrous sulfate system were 97.81%and 97.01%,and the removal rates of dimethyl disulfide and diethyl sulfide by sodium persulfate-hydrogen peroxide system were 97.28%and 96.53%under the optimal conditions.Furthermore,a dual activation oxidation deodorization system was constructed based on the characteristics of acidified wastewater,which suggestd significant deodorization effects.The proposed system could remove the odor of high sulfur gas field acidified wastewater effectively,and the odor level of acidified wastewater reduced from level 5 to level 1 after treatment.
