摘要
阐述了档案信息化发展的背景,指出医院人事档案信息化管理的意义、优势,提出作为档案管理人员,要推动档案管理及信息化工作的开展,同时充分发挥传统纸媒档案补充完善的功能,最终实现多种方式并存的档案管理模式。
The background of the development of archival informationization is elaborated.The significance and advantages of the informatization management of hospital personnel archives are pointed out.It is proposed that archives management personnel should promote the development of achive management and information work,and give full play to the complementary and perfect function of traditional paper media achives,and finally realize the coexistence of multiple ways of achive management mode.
