摘要
热介质锅炉是油气处理的核心设备,目前海上油气田、FPSO、终端处理厂在运行的热介质锅炉匀存在高能耗、高排放的特点,所排放的氮氧化物均超过大气污染物排放标准限值,即≤100 mg/Nm^(3)。为克服锅炉高能耗、高排放的弊端,并解决设备频繁启停问题,在低氮改造方案中融入减排、节能降碳理念,突破常规实现一改多赢。热介质锅炉低氮燃烧器+废气再循环改造技术完成后,热油系统投用至今运行稳定,氮氧化物排放低于30 mg/Nm^(3),经济和社会效益都非常显著。
The thermal medium boiler is the core equipment for oil and gas treatment.At present,the thermal medium boilers in operation in offshore oil and gas fields,FPSOs and terminal treatment plants are characterized by high energy consumption and high emissions.The nitrogen oxides discharged exceed the emission standard limit of atmospheric pollutants by≤100 mg/Nm^(3).In order to overcome the drawbacks of high energy consumption and emissions in boilers,and to address the frequent start-stop issues of the equipment,the concepts of emission reduction,energy conservation,and carbon reduction have been integrated into the low nitrogen transformation plan,breaking through the conventional approach to achieve multiple benefits.After the completion of the low nitrogen burner and exhaust gas recirculation transformation technology for the thermal medium boiler,the hot oil system has been operating stably since its commissioning,with nitrogen oxide emissions less than 30 mg/Nm^(3).The economic and social benefits are very significant.
