摘要
就业形势日益严峻的背景下,校企合作成为增强教育教学实效性的重要工具,深层次地剖析了形象礼仪教育的价值意蕴和校企合作的价值属性表现,提出了从形象礼仪教育的三个主要维度拓展与优化课程内容,结合校企合作价值属性共建智慧化形象礼仪素质“实训场”,根据企事业单位人才需求标准校企共建“校内工作室”,校企共同评估与评价学生学习与成长的质量的策略,以期培育出具有卓越能力的人才。
Under the background of increasingly severe employment situation,school-enterprise cooperation has become an important tool to enhance the effectiveness of education and teaching,deeply analyzes the value implications of image etiquette education and the value attribute performance of school-enterprise cooperation,proposes to expand and optimize the course content from the three main dimensions of image etiquette education,combines the value attributes of school-enterprise cooperation to build an intelligent image etiquette quality“training ground”,and builds a“on-campus studio”according to the talent demand standards of enterprises and institutions.The strategy of school-enterprise joint assessment and evaluation of the quality of students’learning and growth,with a view to cultivating talents with outstanding abilities.
