中西医结合治疗脾肾两虚型早孕期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type early pregnancy threatened abortion combined with subchorionic hematoma by combination of Chinese and Western medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗脾肾两虚型早孕期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿的效果。方法选取100例脾肾两虚型早孕期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各50例。对照组采用西医治疗方式,干预组采用中西医结合治疗方式。比较两组患者的治疗效果和绒毛膜下血肿面积。结果干预组治疗效果优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血肿面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,干预组的血肿面积小于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法应用于脾肾两虚型早孕期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿患者的疗效优于西医治法,其能补肾健脾、益气养血安胎,利于胎儿发育,可以有效缩小患者血肿面积,从而改善患者的妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type of early pregnancy threatened abortion combined with subchorionic hematoma.Methods A total of 100 cases of threatened abortion in early pregnancy complicated with subchorionic hematoma with deficiency of spleen and kidney were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Western medicine,and the intervention group was treated by integrated Chinese and western medicine.The e efficacy and subchorionic hematoma area were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hematoma area between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the hematoma area in the intervention group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine is better than Western medicine in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type of early pregnancy threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma.The treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine can tonify the kidney and spleen,nourish the qi and blood and calm the fetus,which is conducive to the development of the fetus,effectively reduce the area of patients with hematoma,so as to improve the pregnancy outcome of patients.
