坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮治疗更年期综合征的临床研究

Clinical study of Kuntai Capsule combined with progesterone in the treatment of climacteric syndrome

目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮治疗更年期综合征的效果。方法选择100例更年期综合征患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组给予黄体酮治疗,研究组给予坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度以及激素水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组LH、FSH水平均低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论更年期综合征治疗中采用坤泰胶囊与黄体酮联合治疗的疗效较好,能够增厚子宫内膜,并调节激素水平,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected as subjects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given progesterone treatment,and the study group was given Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone treatment.The therapeutic effect,endometrial thickness and hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the study group was thicker than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E_(2) was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone in the treatment of climacteric syndrome has good curative effect,which can thicken endometrium and regulate hormone levels,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
