卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤进行超声检查的诊断效果分析

The diagnostic effect of ultrasonography on mature cystic teratoma of ovary

目的评价超声检查诊断卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤的价值。方法选择40例卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤患者,所有患者均进行超声检查,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,统计超声诊断卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤准确率情况,患者畸胎瘤的类型以及单、双侧病变情况。结果超声检查与病理检查对卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤诊断的准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超声检查结果显示,内部混合型有31例(77.50%),类囊型有12例(30.00%),类实型有7例(17.50%)。超声检查结果显示,31例患者为单侧病变,其中左侧14例(35.00%),右侧17例(42.50%);双侧病变患者有9例(22.50%)。结论卵巢囊性畸胎瘤应用超声检查诊断准确率较高,而且操作简单、可重复性应用、价格便宜,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in mature cystic teratoma of ovary.Methods A total of 40 patients with mature cystic teratoma of ovary were selected,all of whom underwent ultrasonic examination.The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of mature cystic teratoma of ovary was analyzed using pathological examination results as the“gold standard”.The types of teratoma and unilateral and bilateral lesions were counted.Results There was no significant difference between ultrasonography and pathology in the diagnosis of mature cystic teratoma of ovary(P>0.05).The results of ultrasonography showed that there were 31 cases(77.50%)of internal mixed type,12 cases(30.00%)of thylakoid type and 7 cases(17.50%)of solid type.The results of ultrasonography showed that 31 cases had unilateral lesions,including 14 cases(35.00%)on the left side and 17 cases(42.50%)on the right side.There were 9 cases(22.50%)with bilateral lesions.Conclusion Ultrasonic examination of ovarian cystic teratoma has high diagnostic accuracy,simple operation,repeatability and cheap price,and has the value of clinical application.
