不同微生物检验法对念珠菌阴道炎患者阴道分泌物的检验效果比较

Comparison of the efficacy of different microbiological testing methods for detecting vaginal secretions in patients with Candidiasis vaginitis

目的探讨不同微生物检验法检测念珠菌阴道炎患者阴道分泌物的效果及临床价值。方法选取60例念珠菌阴道炎患者,所有患者严格按照阴道分泌物取材要求进行标本采集,然后分别进行镜检法、凝聚法、培养法检验。观察所有患者的病检检出结果,包括白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、光滑念珠菌的检出率及凝集法、培养法和镜检法念珠菌的检出率情况。结果患者分泌物检出结果显示,白色念珠菌的检出率最高,其次为热带念珠菌,最后为光滑念珠菌。镜检法的念珠菌检出率明显高于培养法和凝聚法(P<0.05);培养法和凝集法的念珠菌检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对念珠菌阴道炎患者阴道分泌物进行三种不同微生物检验方法检验后,发现镜检法的检出阳性率最高,其能够为临床诊治提供有利依据。

Objective To explore the efficacy and clinical value of different microbiological testing methods for detecting vaginal secretions in patients with Candidiasis vaginitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with Candidal vaginitis were selected.All patients underwent specimen collection in strict accordance with the requirements for vaginal secretion collection,and then underwent microscopic examination,coagulation method,and culture method respectively.The detection results of all patients were observed,included the detection rates of Candida albicans,Candida tropicalis,and Candida glabrata,as well as the detection rates of Candida by agglutination,culture,and microscopic examination.Results The detection results of patient secretions showed that the highest detection rate was Candida albicans,followed by Candida tropicalis,and fi nally Candida glabrata.The detection rate of Candida by microscopic examination were significantly higher than those by culture and agglutination methods(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of Candida between the culture method and the agglutination method(P>0.05).Conclusion After the vaginal secretion of patients with candidal vaginitis was examined by three different microbiological methods,it was found that the positive rate of microscopic examination was the highest,which can provide a favorable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
