摘要
本文报道1例单纯性卵巢大细胞神经内分泌癌(LCNEC)患者,并结合文献对该病例的临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗方式等进行探讨,以期提高临床医师对卵巢LCNEC的认识,从而恰当地处理卵巢LCNEC。
This paper reports a case of simple large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma(LCNEC),and discusses the clinical manifestation,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of this case combined with the literature,in order to improve clinicians'understanding of ovarian LCNEC and deal with LCNEC properly.
