一病一品在宫颈癌放疗护理中的应用及对患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Application of one disease one product in radiotherapy nursing of cervical cancer and its Influence on mental state and quality of life of patients

目的探讨宫颈癌放疗期间实施一病一品护理方案的效果。方法选取30例宫颈癌放疗患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组15例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施一病一品护理。观察护理前后两组心理状态和生活质量水平。结果护理前,两组心理状态评分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一病一品护理方案在宫颈癌放疗患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者不良心理状态,提高患者生活质量水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of one disease,one product nursing program during radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods Thirty patients with radiotherapy for cervical cancer were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing for one disease and one product.The mental state and life quality of the two groups before and after nursing were observed.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological status score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the life quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One disease one product nursing scheme has good effect in the application of cervical cancer radiotherapy patients,can improve the adverse mental state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical application.
