心理护理联合健康护理在真菌性阴道炎患者中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of mental nursing combined with health nursing in fungal vaginitis patients

目的分析心理护理与健康护理联合在真菌性阴道炎患者中的应用价值。方法选择72例真菌性阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组实施心理护理与健康护理联合措施。比较两组患者的负性心理、生活质量、满意度情况。结果观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在真菌性阴道炎患者护理中采用心理护理与健康教育结合方案的效果较好,可减轻焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of psychological nursing combined with health nursing in fungal vaginitis patients.Methods A total of 72 patients with fungal vaginitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing measures,the observation group implemented psychological nursing and health nursing measures.Negative psychology,life quality and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of psychological nursing and health education is effective in the nursing of fungal vaginitis patients,which can reduce anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
