心理护理对子宫肌瘤剥离术患者手术配合度及术前状态的影响分析

目的分析心理护理在行子宫肌瘤剥离术治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取接受子宫肌瘤剥离术治疗的70例患者,采用密封信封抽选法随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施心理护理。比较两组的临床相关指标、护理前后心理状态、手术配合度。结果观察组收缩压、心率、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组配合度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤剥离术患者中引入心理护理可改善患者负性心理,稳定患者临床体征,提高患者手术配合度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing in the treatment of patients with uterine myoma dissection.Methods A total of 70 patients with uterine myoma dissection were selected.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)by sealed envelope selection method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators,mental state before and after nursing and the degree of cooperation between the two groups were compared.Results Systolic blood pressure,heart rate and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in mental state scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The compatibility of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of psychological nursing can improve the negative psychology,stabilize the clinical signs and improve the degree of cooperation in the operation of patients with hysteromyoma dissection.
