树脂复合陶瓷嵌体在根管治疗后患牙修复中的应用效果观察

Efficacy of resin composite ceramic inlays in restoration of affected teeth after root canal therapy

目的探讨树脂复合陶瓷嵌体在根管治疗后患牙修复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年4月在嘉兴市妇幼保健院口腔科接受诊治的根管治疗患者100例。其中50例患者(患牙68颗)采用树脂复合陶瓷修复根管治疗后患牙,为观察组;50例患者(患牙64颗)采用氧化锆增强锂基陶瓷修复根管治疗后患牙,为对照组。观察并比较两组患者患牙修复效果、临床效果、牙周指标。结果观察组患者患牙修复优良率为95.59%,对照组患者为89.06%,两组患者患牙修复效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者患牙修复体完整度、牙体完整度、边缘适合性、颜色匹配度均明显高于对照组患者(均P<0.05)。观察组患者患牙修复后牙菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数均明显低于对照组患者(均P<0.05)。结论树脂复合陶瓷嵌体应用于根管治疗后患牙修复,具有较好的修复效果和临床效果,且对牙周组织影响小。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of resin composite ceramic inlays in the restoration of affected teeth after root canal treatment.Methods One hundred patients who received root canal treatment from January 2020 to April 2022 at the Department of Stomatology,Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health Hospital were enrolled.Fifty patients(68 teeth)were restored with resin composite ceramics as the study group and 50 patients(64 teeth)were restored with zirconia reinforced lithium-based ceramics as the control group.The restoration results,clinical outcomes and periodontal indexes of the affected teeth were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in excellent restoration rate between the study group and the control group(95.59%vs.89.06%,P>0.05).The degree of restorative integrity,tooth integrity,marginal fit and colour matching in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index and gingival index in the study group were all significantly lower than those in the control group after restoration(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of resin composite ceramic inlays has good restorative and clinical results and little impact on the periodontium for restoration of teeth in patients after root canal treatment.
