德阳市中学生非自杀性自伤发生情况及其影响因素

Occurrence of non-suicidal self-injury and its influencing factors among middle school students in Deyang

目的调查德阳市中学生非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的发生情况,并分析其影响因素。方法纳入3所中学共1840名中学生进行问卷调查,调查内容包括中学生的一般社会人口学资料、NSSI发生情况和抑郁状态。比较不同特征中学生的NSSI发生情况,并采用多分类有序反应变量的Logistic回归模型分析中学生NSSI发生情况的影响因素。结果过去1年内,共有343名中学生有过NSSI,总发生率为18.64%(343/1840)。343名发生NSSI的中学生中,以偶发NSSI为主(323名,占94.17%);出现NSSI行为1次、2次、3次、4次、5次及以上各107名、98名、65名、53名、20名。有≥4名好友的中学生发生NSSI的风险及频率更低,但女性、职高和高中、留守、来自单亲及重组家庭、自评家庭经济状况较差、自评成绩较差、伴有轻度及以上抑郁的中学生发生NSSI的风险及频率更高(均P<0.05)。结论德阳市中学生NSSI发生率相对较高,好友数量、性别、学校类别、留守情况、家庭形态、自评成绩、自评家庭经济情况、抑郁情况等为中学生NSSI发生的影响因素。

Objective To investigate the occurrence of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)among middle school students in Deyang,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 1840 middle school students from three middle schools were enrolled to undergo questionnaire investigation,and the contents of investigation contained general sociodemographic data,NSSI occurrence,and depression status of middle school students.The occurrence of NSSI was compared between the middle school students with different features.The influencing factors for NSSI occurrence among middle school students were analyzed by using Logistic regression model with multicategorical ordinal response variable.Results A total of 343 middle school students had NSSI in the past year,with a total incidence rate of 18.64%(343/1840).Among 343 middle school students with NSSI,323(94.17%)were incidental NSSI.There were 107,98,65,53,and 20 students with NSSI behavior once,twice,three times,four times,and five or more times,respectively.The risk and frequency of NSSI occurrence were lower in middle school students who had more than 4 friends;however,the risk and frequency of NSSI occurrence were higher in middle school students who were female,whose educational level were vocational high school or senior high school,who were left-behind,who were from single-parent or restructured families,who had poor self-rated family economic status,who had poor self-rated academic status,and who had mild or more depression(all P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of NSSI among middle school students in Deyang is relatively high.The influencing factors for NSSI occurrence among middle school students includes number of friends,gender,school classification,left-behind status,family form,self-rated academic status,self-rated family economic status,and depression status,etc.
