摘要
目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控下广东省医务人员的心理健康状况,为对医务人员开展心理干预提供科学依据。方法通过问卷星以匿名化的方法对入组的379名医务人员进行调查,量表包括一般资料调查问卷、主观幸福感量表、心理韧性调查表、工作情况调查表,调查医务人员主观幸福感、共情力、复原力、工作倦怠和工作变化。结果不同科室、职称的医务人员在生活质量,主观幸福感认知层面、情绪层面,工作压力和工作时长方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同等级医院的医务人员工作压力、工作时长评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论防疫工作客观上使医务人员工作压力增加,对其心理健康造成不同程度的影响。建议相关机构应高度重视高参与度专业科室医务人员的心理干预,提高其抗风险能力,保障医务人员身心健康。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of medical staff under COVID-19 prevention and control in Guangdong province so as to and provide scientific basis for carrying out psychological intervention in medical staff.Methods Anonymized investigations were carried out in 379 medical workers with Sojump including general information questionnaire,Subjective Well-Being(SWB),Psychological Resilience Scale(PRS)and Performance Questionnaire(PQ),and their subjective well-being,empathy,resilience,job burnout and job change surveyed.Results Differences in quality of life,Cognitive levels of subjective well-being,emotions,work stress and work hours among medical staff in different departments and with different titles were statistically significant(P<0.05).Differences in work pressure and work hours among medical staff in hospitals of different tiers were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Epidemic prevention objectively increases work pressure of medical staff and causes varying degrees of impact on their mental health.High attention should be paid to psychological interventions in medical staff in specialized departments with high participation,improve anti-risk capacity,and safeguard psychosomatic health of medical staff.
