西峡县偏远地区学龄期留守儿童心理健康状态调查及影响因素

A survey of mental health status for school-age left-behind children in remote areas Xixia county and its influencing factors

目的分析农村偏远地区学龄期留守儿童心理健康状态,以期为完善心理健康教育措施提供可靠依据。方法选取326例西峡县学龄期留守儿童作为调查对象,采用症状自评量表评定留守儿童的心理健康状态,并分析其影响因素。结果留守儿童症状自评量表评分为(186.97±18.35)分,高于非留守儿童(162.58±14.66)分(P<0.01);不同性别、家庭结构、年收入、独生子女状况、父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度留守儿童症状自评量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归模型分析发现,性别、年收入、父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度、独生子女状况、家庭结构是留守儿童心理健康状况的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论西峡县学龄期留守儿童心理健康状态欠佳,受性别、家庭结构、年收入、独生子女状况、父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度等因素影响,可针对性制定干预措施以改善心理健康状态。

Objective To analyze the mental health status of school-age left-behind children in rural remote areas in order to provide a reliable basis for improving mental health education measures.Methods Mental health states were assessed with the Symptom Check-list 90(SCL-90)in 326 school-age left-behind children from Xixia county and influencing factors analyzed.Results The scores on the SCL-90 were higher in left-behind than in non-left-behind children(186.97±18.35 vs.162.58±14.66,P<0.05);the SCL-90 scores were different among left-behind children with different gender,family structure,annual income,status of only-child,father's and mother’s education background levels(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression model analysis showed that gender,annual income,parents’education levels,status of only-child and family structure were factors influencing the mental health status in left-behind children(P<0.01).Conclusion The mental health states of school-age left-behind children in Xixia county are poor and are influenced by gender,family structure,annual income,status of only-child,parents’education levels etc.,targeted intervening measures should be made to improve mental health status.
