摘要
赤羽病(AKAD)是由赤羽病毒(AKAV)引起的一种虫媒传染病,该病主要分布于温热带地区。随着全球变暖,该病流行范围不断扩大,对牛、羊繁殖育种造成威胁,严重影响我国畜牧业的快速发展。由于目前没有有效的治疗方法且国内尚无疫苗可用,病毒检测成为了防控该病的重要环节。同时赤羽病毒具有与同科其他病毒基因重配的特性,这给该病的诊断和防控带了更大的挑战。因此,论文结合近年来国内外研究,从病原学、免疫学、分子生物学等方面对赤羽病毒检测技术进行探讨,并介绍了不同检测技术的运用优势和局限性,以期在临床诊断、实验室检测和海关检疫等领域中为诊断和防控AKAV提供理论依据和技术指导。
Akabane disease(AKAD)is an insect-borne infectious disease caused by Akabane virus(AKAV).The disease spreads mainly in the tropic region.With the global warming,the epidemic scope of the disease has expanded steadily in the past years,which threatens the breeding and reproduction of cattle,goats and sheep,and seriously affects the rapid development of animal husbandry in China.Up to now,there is no effective treatment and no available vaccine in China,virus detection of Akabane disease has to be an important role of the prevention and control of the disease.Meanwhile,Akabane virus has the feature of gene reassortment as same as other viruses of the same family,which leads to greater challenge to the diagnosis,prevention and control of the disease.Based on the research progress of domestic and abroad in recent years,the thesis discussed the detection technique of Akabane virus involved in etiology,immunology and molecular biology,and displayed advantages and limitations of different detection techniques,for the purpose to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for diagnosis,prevention and control methods of AKAD in the fields of clinical diagnosis,laboratory detection and customs quarantine.
