摘要
为了解西安地区犬和猫皮肤真菌病的流行特点,收集了2018年9月至2019年8月5家宠物医院就诊的581例病例,对患病犬和猫的品种、年龄、发病季节、发病部位、病原种类等进行统计学分析。结果发现,在统计的病例中,贵宾犬和蓝猫发病率最高,分别占17.63%和16.67%,而吉娃娃和无毛猫的发病率最低,分别占0.61%和2.38%;存在季节流行差异,夏季病例极显著高于其他季节(P<0.01),尤以8月份发病率最高(13.60%);感染发病主要集中在1岁以内的幼龄犬和猫;发病部位以四肢居多(21.52%),耳部(17.38%)和背部(16.87%)次之,尾部感染病例最少,仅占6.54%;犬小孢子菌是本病最主要的致病菌,占51.98%。结果表明,对西安地区犬和猫皮肤真菌病的流行情况进行分析,可为其诊断和治疗提供参考。
In order to understand the prevalence characteristics of canine and feline dermatophytosis in Xi'an,581 cases were collected from five pet hospitals from September 2018 to August 2019.The statistical analysis was performed about breeds,ages,seasons of onset,diseased regions and the pathogenic types.The results showed that poodles and blue cats had the highest incidence,accounting for 17.63%and 16.67%,respectively,and Chihuahuas and hairless cats had the lowest incidence,accounting for 0.61%and 2.38%,respectively.There were seasonal epidemic differences,more cases in summer than in other seasons significantly(P<0.01),especially the highest incidence in August(13.60%).The incidence of infection mainly concentrated in young dogs and cats less than one year old.The location of infection mostly presented on the limbs(21.52%),followed by the ears(17.38%)and the back(16.87%),respectively.The cases of tail infection were the least,accounting for only 6.54%of the total.Among all the 581 cases,Microsporum canis was the most important pathogen of canine and feline dermatomycosis,accounting for 51.98%.This study analyzed the prevalence of canine and feline dermatophytosis in Xi'an,aiming to provide reference for its diagnosis and treatment.
