摘要 环境影响评价是从源头预防生态环境污染与破坏的一项制度,对于我国生态文明的建设具有十分重要的意义。环评工作需要大量基础数据的支持,基础数据质量决定了环评工作质量。大数据技术已成为支撑环境影响评价工作的重要手段。通过介绍大数据的基本概念、特征,提出建设环评基础数据库的重要性,围绕环评基础数据库建设工作面临的挑战,对新时代大数据背景下环评基础数据库的建设展开探讨。 Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA)is a system to prevent ecological environment pollution and destruction from the source.It is of great significance for the construction of ecological civilization.The EIA work needs the support of a large number of basic data,and the quality of the basic data determines the quality of the work.Big data technology prove to be an important means to support EIA.This paper introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of big data.Put forward the importance of building the basic database of EIA.Then discussed the construction of the basic database and the problems faced by the construction of the basic database of EIA under the background of big data in the new era.
