摘要
脑动静脉畸形(BAVM)包括保守治疗、血管内介入治疗、立体定向放射治疗、显微手术切除和综合治疗等。BAVM的治疗需要考虑个体化方案和治疗中心的特色和优势。显微手术作为最经典的治疗方式,结合术前导航、磁共振多模态和术中血流监测等技术,遵循科学的切除方式,可以做到在术中无出血的情况下,让大部分Spetzler-Martin高分级的复杂BAVM得到根治,而不遗留神经功能障碍。
The treatments of brain arteriovenous malformation(BAVM)include conservative treatment,endovascular intervention,stereotactic radiation,microsurgery,and combined therapy.Individualized treatment programs and advantages of medical centers are considered.Microsurgery is the most classic treatment modality for BAVM.Combining preoperative navigation,magnetic resonance multimodality,intraoperative blood flow monitoring techniques and scientific approach of resection,it is possible to achieve complete resection of most Spetzler-Martin high-grade complex BAVM without intraoperative bleeding and neurological deficits.
