摘要
针对风电波动性、间歇性和难预测等严重冲击电网安全运行问题,提出一种利用变分模态分解(VMD)和自适应权重粒子群算法(APSO)获得风电场混合储能系统容量优化配置方法。首先,基于典型日风电输出功率,利用低通滤波法得到满足标准的目标并网功率并获得储能系统参考功率。然后,将其通过VMD分解为高、低频功率,由超级电容器和蓄电池承担。最后,考虑储能充放电功率与荷电状态(SOC)等约束,建立以系统年综合成本最小为目标的容量优化配置模型,采用APSO算法求解并分析最优分界点和对应的储能配置方案。算例结果表明所提方法可有效平抑风电波动,降低储能容量,提高系统供电可靠性与经济性。
In view of the issue of safe operation of power grid which is affected seriously by the wind power fluctuation,intermittent and difficult prediction,a kind of method using variation mode decomposition(VMD)and adaptive particle swarm optimization(APSO)with inertia weight to obtain optimal configuration of capacity of wind farm hybrid energy storage system is proposed.Firstly,based on the typical daily wind power output power,the low-pass filtering method is used to obtain the target grid-connected power that meets the standard and to acquire the reference power of the energy storage system.Then,the reference power,which is borne by the super capacitor and the battery,is decomposed in to high and low frequency power by VMD.Finally,with consideration of the constraints of energy storage charge and discharge power as well as state of charge(SOC),a capacity optimization configuration model is set up with the objective of minimizing the annual comprehensive cost of the system.Moreover,the APSO algorithm is used to solve and analyze optimal demarcation point and the corresponding energy storage configuration proposal.The results of calculation examples show that the method proposed can effectively smooth wind power fluctuation,reduce the energy storage capacity and improve reliability as well as economy of wind power system.
