摘要 海上柔直换流阀的尺寸重量直接关系海上换流平台设计制造、制造成本,换流阀轻型化设计将是产品主要攻克技术之一。文中通过分析±500 kV 2 GW海上柔直换流阀常规设计,对比分析传统支撑式换流阀的结构特征;从功率模块、阀段和阀塔3个层面分析轻型化柔直换流阀设计方法,并通过采用有限元法仿真验证其工程可实施性,凸显其技术优势,对海上柔直换流阀推广应用具有重大影响。 The size and weight of offshore VSC converter valve are directly related to the design and manufacturing cost of the offshore converter platform.The lightweight design of converter valve will be one of the main technologies to overcome.In this paper,the structure characteristic of the traditional support converter valve is compared and analyzed by way of analyzing the common design of±500 kV 2 GW offshore VSC valve.The design method of lightweight VSC valve is analyzed from such three aspects as power module,valve segment and valve tower,and its engineering feasibility is verified by FEM simulation,which highlights its technical advantages and has a significant influence on the popularization and application of offshore flexible direct converter valve.
