摘要
在电力系统管理中,电能计量系统是提供基础数据的重要环节,管理和运维电能表、采集器等电能计量装置是保证电量统计准确性的前提。在当前计量自动化系统中,受产品质量、环境等因素的影响,仍会出现一定的计量差错或计量故障,不利于电量的准确统计。在电能计量装置的故障严重时,还可能导致人身伤害等不良后果,不利于电网的安全运营。文章重点分析了变电站计量自动化系统的监测,介绍了线损异常、电能表故障等的判断方法,有助于提高电能计量系统的准确性与稳定性。
In the power system management,the electric energy metering system is an important link to provide basic data,and the management,operation and maintenance of electric energy meters,collectors and other electric energy metering devices are the premise to ensure the accuracy of electricity statistics.In the current metering automation system,due to the influence of product quality,environmental factors and other aspects,there will still be some metering errors or metering failures,which is not conducive to the accurate statistics of electricity.When the failure of the electric energy metering device is relatively serious,it may also lead to personal injury and other adverse consequences,which is not conducive to the safe operation of the power grid.This paper focuses on the analysis of the monitoring of the substation metering automation system,and introduces the judgment methods such as abnormal line loss,power meter failure,etc.The research will help to improve the accuracy and stability of the power metering system.
