线上线下混合式一流本科课程建设的实践与思考——以陕西省一流本科课程经济法学为例

Research and Practice on Construction of Online-Offline Blended First-class Undergraduate Courses:Taking Economic Law,a First-class Undergraduate Course of Shaanxi Province as an Example

传统教学模式下的经济法学课程具有低阶性、低挑战度和低创新性等局限性。为了克服传统教学的局限性,西北政法大学建设了陕西省线上线下混合式一流本科课程经济法学。实践证明,高度融合线上教学和线下教学的混合式一流本科课程能够拓展学习时间和空间、提高学生成绩和能力。在我国法学高等教育领域推广线上线下混合式一流本科课程,有利于塑造“互联网+法学高等教育”新形态,培养创新型、复合型、应用型的法治人才。

The limitations of the Economic Law course under the traditional teaching mode include low-order goals,less challenge and little innovation.As one of the first-class undergraduate courses in Shaanxi Province,the online-offline blended Economic Law course provided by Northwest University of Political Science and Law aims to overcome those limitations.Practice indicates that first-class online-offline blended undergraduate courses have advantage such as expanding time and space of study,improving performance and ability of stu-dents.Higher legal education in China may benefit from popularizing first-class online-offline blended under-graduate courses,which can create new legal education model and cultivate high-quality legal talents.
