摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,“智能+”高等教育模式快速兴起,为更好地实现高等教育的创新和跨界融合,虚拟教研室建设成为深化教育教学改革的重点举措之一,受到教育部和国内各大高校的高度关注。该文围绕苏州大学国际物流管理(中美合作办学项目)的培养目标,分析和总结了当下“智能+”高等教育背景下传统教研室组织管理模式的弊端,并从优化组织结构、规范管理机制、丰富教研活动内容和形式、定期组织座谈与培训等方面提出了该国际特色项目虚拟教研室的建设构想,以期能对高校国际特色项目虚拟教研室的建设和发展有所启发。
With the rapid development of information technology,the“intelligence+”higher education model has risen rapidly.In order to better realize the innovation and cross-border integration of higher education,the con-struction of the virtual teaching and researching office has become one of the key measures to deepen education and teaching reform,which has received great attention from the Ministry of Education and the major universities in China.Focusing on the training goal of Soochow University’s international logistics management(Sino-US co-operative education project),this paper analyzes and summarizes the disadvantages of the traditional teaching and researching office’s management model under the background of“intelligent+”higher education.This paper pro-poses the concept of building the virtual teaching and researching office of this international characteristic project from the aspects of optimizing the organizational structure,standardizing the management mechanism,enriching the content and form of teaching and researching activities,and regularly organizing seminars and training.It is hoped that it can inspire the construction and development of virtual teaching and researching offices for interna-tional special projects in colleges and universities.
