摘要
目的:了解川内应用心理学专业毕业生的就业满意度情况,探讨影响就业满意度的因素。方法:采用方便抽样,使用自编《应用心理学专业毕业生就业满意度调查问卷》,筛选357名被试,进行问卷调查。结果:(1)应用心理学毕业生的就业满意度总体上呈现中上水平;(2)层次不同、类型不同的院校的毕业生在就业满意度上存在显著性差异(P<0.05),211院校和综合类院校满意度更高;(3)获得不同薪酬的应用心理学毕业生在四个维度上的满意度均有显著差异(P<0.05),高薪区间(8000~20000元及以上)满意度偏高,低薪区间(2000~8000元)满意度偏低。结论:川内应用心理学专业毕业生的就业满意度中等偏高,还有提升空间。
Objective:To understand the employment satisfaction of graduates majoring in applied psychology in Sichuan Province,and to explore the influencing factors of employment satisfaction.Methods:A self-compiled questionnaire on employment satisfaction of graduates majoring in applied psychology was used to select 357 sub-jects and conduct a questionnaire survey.Results:(1)The employment satisfaction of the graduates of applied psy-chology presented an average level;(2)There is a significant difference in employment satisfaction among gradu-ates of different levels and types of universities(P<0.05).Universities of the 211 grade and comprehensive uni-versities have higher satisfaction;(3)There are significant differences in the satisfaction of applied psychology graduates with different salaries in the four dimensions(P<0.05).The high salary range(8,000 yuan to 20,000 yuan and above)has higher satisfaction,while the low salary range(2,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan)has lower satisfac-tion.Conclusion:The employment satisfaction of graduates majoring in applied psychology in Sichuan Province is moderately high,and there is room for improvement.
